Flight Great, Video & Images rubbish !

Just Bought a Mini 4 Pro, after selling my Mavic 2 Pro Zoom. It is much better to fly, However, Ive plugged the mini into my Windows laptop and the results are ........ Rubbish.
Videos wont play on Windows media player, So downloaded VLC player, Which wasn't much better. And the photos are well, Not photos. Videos are stuttering and images blurred.
Someone mentioned making an adjustment to record in a different format ?
Anyone help ?

The "images" you posted don't even look blurred.
They don't download properly.

Someone was just guessing.
You can only record as .mp4, but given the problems with the stills, it seems that the problem is more than just a inappropriate settings.
You could try resetting the camera in the app settings, but if that doesn't help, the problem might need to be solved by returning to DJI.

Still Videos are stuttering. And images are not good.
All settings are factory settings, Only bought it yesterday.
REF downloading, I just plug the mini into the laptop and copy files.

There's nothing you can do that will fix that .... nothing except returning the drone for replacement.

Is this from drone internal storage or from micro SD? If from micro SD, then try a much faster card.

The images look like those that have been deleted and partially restored. I too would be interested to know if you're saving them to an SD card or the internal storage. Nonetheless, you have a major issue there.

You say you just bought it. I'd return it for an exchange.

Good catch! Perhaps this is the "forgetting to stop recording before/after landing" problem? People have been trashing and losing precious footage for this mistake going back to the P1.

I had the same problem when I switched from mini 2 to 4 pro. The mini four Pro records in the format H.265 by default. If you go into the camera settings and change the format to H.264 the problem will go away. Unless your computer has a very fast video processor that's the problem.
installing VLC is not gonna solve it.
They say H.265 is the better and newer format and uses less space on your hard drive but unless you have a fast video card, it won't work. They playback fine on the controller screen, but not on your computer so that tells you there's nothing wrong with the video files.

To save the videos you made already, get a converter that will convert your already made videos from format H.265 to H.264.
Let me know if that solves the problem.
