Bt 35e and note 10 plus

Hi guys.
Just got the glasses a couple of weeks ago and tried with smart controller.
It's really cool.
I tried connecting to my note 10 plus which has USB c and in theory works but I get no signal. The phone pops a message saying that the HDMI cable is not inserted properly.
I guess there is somekind of incompatibility there.
Anyone has any experience with that?

I am just fooling around with that for now.

Any other ways to connect to android devices etc?

I'm guessing that you figured out by now that you need to use a usbc gen 2 cable ?
I also use the Microsoft display adapter to cast from my smart controller or Note 20 ultra (Smart cast) with very little lag if any..
