You could get close to measuring thrust as a function of motor RPMs. Attach a weight on a cord tied to the airframe. Try to get it close to the CG. When the AC is hovering the total thrust will be the attached weight + airframe weight. Thrust / RPM for a single motor will be

Perhaps you could say a little more about your project?
Are you talking about individual motor/prop thrust? I suspect that motor RPM is mostly linear with thrust. Might be difficult to determine units though.
Similarly, is it individual motor/prop torque or airframe torque?
But it's not random in the sense that some members don't have to work very hard to see the problem. I tried a lot of combinations but couldn't make my Mini 4 Pro oscillate.
DJI Goggles Integra with Motion 2 Combo.
Used for 2 or 3 flights with my Mini 4 Pro. Just could not get the Integra Goggles to fit my head.

Just got back from doing a test flight. Tried forwards, backwards and sidewards. Full and partial stick input. Bypass, no OA and Sport modes. Into the wind, down wind and cross wind. Didn't see any evidence pitch oscillations.
I feel cheated.
I use CsvView. It's free and can be obtained here
https://datfile.net/CsvView/downloads.html
First use the PhantomHelp Flight Log Viewer
DJI Flight Log Viewer | Phantom Help
Then download the .csv that it creates
Finally, submit that .csv to CsvView
I think they are probably talking about the use of the PhantomHelp viewer to create the .txt to .csv and, then, CsvView to view the .csv. You might try providing the .txt log file instead and suggest they use their proprietary software to analyze it.
Another example of this behavior was posted over on DJI forums
Mini 4 pro oscillating
This one is a little more interesting as it shows also a longer period oscillation in horizontal speed.
Just discovered that my Mini 4 does this but corrects itself before it gets to be a problem.
The top plot shows the same 2.5 Hz oscillations starting at 186.7 secs but then stopping at 189 secs. Also seen in the bottom plot is the horizontal speed decreasing some and the vertical speed...
